Depending on the urgency of the issue you can choose a guaranteed response time to suit you, even as quick as 2 business hours.

As a standard, Ortus’s contractual response times are 2, 4 and 8 hours, Sunday to Thursday 09.00 - 17.30; although, as all companies are different, we can provide tailor made contracts to suit clients’ requirements, offering a more effective and efficient solution.

All service calls are administered from our computerized control center. The distribution of engineering resources provides UAE customers with contractual options from 2 Hour response to a time and materials service for ad hoc work.
